We are looking for a Product Designer who gets jazzed about turning complicated and monotonous tasks into delightful and simple workflows.

Responsibilities

• Constantly iterate and improve our modules by reviewing usability testing responses and stakeholder interviews
• Design mock-ups, user flows, functional wireframes and customer journey maps with consideration to user-centered design processes
• Validate designs with users, product and engineering teams to drive iterative improvements throughout the development lifecycle
• Work within an Agile user experience process focusing on ongoing deliverables, iterative improvements and constant results
• Create high-quality visual designs with focus on interaction design, while observing style and brand guidelines

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a UX designer or similar role
• Design portfolio including user-centered design solutions demonstrating strong problem solving, interaction and visual design skills
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment; ready to do what it takes to meet team goals
