Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Gain and develop larger freight forwarder clients for Kailix
  • Help clients and business partners achieve full potential benefits by proposing the right combination of our modules, integrations and business rules
  • Identify and create sales and partner opportunities through cold calls with qualified targets and partners, consultative presentations and industry fairs
  • Grow and manage your network of technology solutions providers and industry associations to gather qualified leads and generate clients
  • Propose ways to improve our go-to-market channels and strategies so Kailix becomes the natural propeller for our clients’ freight services

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on customer-facing roles
  • Freight forwarding experience in a sales / consultative role – ideally with knowledge of leading TMS
  • Proven results in outdoor sales and/or consultative selling
  • Ability to find ways to position our solutions efficiently and enhance our distribution system
  • Willing to win, energetic and excited by challenges
